A plan you can actually use
From pantry to plan
to grocery list.
You do not need to plan every meal. Start with a few dinners and build a routine that works for your household.
Step 01
Take a quick
kitchen inventory.
Check the fridge, freezer, and pantry. Write down what you want to use, what is running low, and what you do not need to buy again.
Example: You have pasta, olive oil, rice, and a can of beans. You still need vegetables for the week.
Step 02
Pick meals that
fit your week.
Use saved recipes or ask Gus for ideas. Place meals on days that suit your schedule, and leave space for leftovers or an easy dinner.
Example: Tomato pasta on Monday, rice bowls on Tuesday, and leftovers on Wednesday. Review any AI suggestions before using them.
Step 03
Review the ingredients
you need to buy.
Compare your meals with what you already have. Add missing groceries and check amounts against your recipes and household size.
Example: Tomatoes and basil for pasta; peppers and greens for bowls. Keep rice and beans off the shopping list if you have enough.
Step 04
Share the list.
Shop with a plan.
Review the household list before the trip. Check items off as you shop and adjust when a product is unavailable or a plan changes.
Buying groceries happens with your chosen retailer. A shopping link does not mean ListLeaf handles the retailer’s inventory, delivery, or checkout.
