These terms govern your use of ListLeaf, operated by WorkBook Works. By using ListLeaf or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
You may use ListLeaf for lawful personal or household grocery and meal planning. You are responsible for information you enter, your account credentials, and activity under your account.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Meal suggestions, recipes, ingredient lists, prices, budgets, nutrition-related information, and similar results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check ingredients, allergies, dietary restrictions, food safety, prices, and cooking instructions independently. ListLeaf is not medical, dietary, or financial advice.
ListLeaf Plus is offered as an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription. Eligible new subscribers may receive a one-time 7-day free trial. A payment method is required, and the selected subscription price is charged when the trial ends unless canceled beforehand. The price, trial, and billing period are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. You can manage or cancel through the Account screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance without notice.
Do not misuse ListLeaf, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use the service to harm others.
ListLeaf and its original software, branding, and design are owned by WorkBook Works. You retain ownership of content you enter and grant us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service.
To the extent permitted by law, ListLeaf is provided “as is” without warranties. WorkBook Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
You may stop using ListLeaf at any time. We may restrict access for material violations of these terms, fraud, abuse, or legal requirements.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
